Up Coming N Scale 422 Loco Release

Gopher Models is proud to announce the up coming model of the 422 class loco.

It is hoped to be released in the 3rd quarter of 2026. There is expected to be in 3 colour schemes, Indian Red, Reverse and Candy, most will be numbered, a few will be unnumbered and will include decals for those who want a specific number upon request. There will also be a small number of undecorated models which will can have decals made for you to paint. A painting service will not be offered. Also as modifications to the dies are expensive 42220 will not be done, but a 3D printed piece will be made available for the customer to convert an undecorated model to 42220.

Pre orders (no money up front) unnumbered painted locos with specific number must be made prior to 31 May 2026. The same date applies to undecorated request for special decals to be produced 42220 as all this has sent to the factory for production. Keep an eye on the website for variations to this date just in case it is ahead of schedule.
