Gopher Models Precision N Scale Couplers are completely Micro-Trains compatible and are a great substitute for Micro-Trains couplers. These are made to exacting standards by Gopher Models. They are available in packets as 2 pair or 10 pairs.
The screw for holding them in place is a self tapping screw 1.1mm dia over the outside of the thread. The drill size should be 0.95mm dia to 1mm dia and is suitable for plastic, 3d printed kits etc. They will always be readily available from Gopher Models.
Given Micro-Trains couplers are getting hard to find and these couplers are approx 67% of the price of Micro-Trains these are an excellent alternative.
